Admin Executive

Responsibilities:

• Answering phones calls and taking messages
• Welcoming all visitors and interacting with them
• Managing scheduling and appointments

Purchasing Assistant

• Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm ; Alternate Saturday 8.30am - 12.30pm

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a related industry, with a focus on purchasing or supply chain management.

Job Responsibilities :

• Source raw materials, and supplies for production, ensuring optimal pricing, quality, and timely delivery.
• Utilize MRP system (e.g., AutoCount) to facilitate pricing updates, inventory tracking, and procurement activities.
• Issue purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Verify received goods against delivery orders (DO) and reconcile discrepancies as necessary to ensure on-time delivery.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers and logistics partners to address any delivery issues or delays.
