The Manager Business Intelligence & Data Analytics supports the Head of Products & Portfolio in overseeing the entire Star Alliance Business Intelligence initiatives. As a Manager of Business Intelligence & Data Analytics, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making processes within the organization. You will lead initiatives on collecting, analyzing, and interpreting business data to provide actionable insights that contribute to corporate planning and improved operational efficiency. Your Profile

• A minimum of 5 years work experience in BI, data analytics, or a related role

• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake).
• Knowledge of databases, SQL, and data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and machine learning is a plus.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to convey complex insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of the Airline and Alliances industry, market dynamics, and customer needs.
