・Collaborate closely with the Delivery Head to devise team activity plans and budget plans aligned with the objectives and plans within each project for Japanese clients, and cascade them into individual members' activity plans and goals, fostering goal alignment within the team and generating maximum business contribution from the team through cooperation.
・Additionally, serve as the PMO for the entire delivery, including local clients, by leveraging team members appropriately, providing daily guidance, instruction, information sharing, and advice, and fulfilling performance responsibility of the jurisdictional organization through each member's goal achievement and performance contribution.
・Leverage core expertise as the focal point and collaborate with relevant areas in the business to conduct business improvement and specification formulation.
・Attend to each employee individually, considering their aptitude and the skills and experiences necessary for their future careers, and conduct talent development to enable them to engage in higher-level work both organizationally and individually.
・Through these actions, fulfill performance responsibilities such as achieving performance goals in the areas of responsibility under jurisdiction, developing new markets and services, realizing transformation, and improving effectiveness and efficiency.
