About The Team
The operations team endeavours to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle. Responsibilities:
1. Deeply understand the company's internationalization business strategy and lead the team to support the overall individual income tax operations of the company;
2. Develop and improve regional individual income tax related operation processes and system construction in accordance with legal compliance requirements;
3. Responsible for following up on individual income tax policies in different countries and regions, and supporting the improvement of the individual income tax system for Internationalization assignment.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. 5 years experience in tax operations;
2. Fluency in English;
3. Excellent project management skills, strong project driving and execution ability;
4. Good logical thinking, and strong research and data analysis capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in technology industry or human resources/management consulting;
2. Good business acumen, strong business understanding and insights;
3. Self-driven, good learning capability, good resilience and adaptability to changes and uncertainties;
4. Good teamwork awareness and collaboration skills.
