Job Scope

6. Study Architect Instructions issued and report on time and cost implication (if any) to PM to make the appropriate decision.
7. To assist the team in site coordination / arrange meetings with Sub-contractors and Suppliers for work progress purposes where necessary.
8. To attend to project / technical meeting and advise PM on cost queries from Owner / Consultants for the site progress to proceed smoothly.
9. Carry out proper and accurate measurement, i.e. taking-off quantities for claims / payments purpose to ensure no overpayment.
