. Operate lorry crane to lift, move or reposition loads safety and precisely.

. Listen and carryout instructions given from ground crew or helpers via radio communication or hand signals.

. Direct helpers to position outriggers and blocks properly to prevent capsizing during heavy load lifting.

. Inspect, rig, and ensure that rigging applications are configured in accordance with the load chart and manufacturer guidelines.

. Could expect to work in stuffy, noisy and dusty environment.

. Need to wear appropriate PPE when on duty.

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

· Oversee and supervise all landscaping works within the works area

· Able to prepare detailed tree risk assessment, tree health, physiology, and structure

· Liase with officers / management agents with regards to work arrangements, site inspections, meetings, feedback, complaints or any other matters

· Conduct tree inspections

· Plan & prepare tree maintenance schedule

· Supervise to ensure correct tree pruning and cutting methods & adhere to safety procedures, protocol and guidelines

· Able to recommend mitigation measures and tree protections

· To do arborist report as and when required

· Work in a diverse working environment

· Handle adhoc work request beyond normal working hours

. Arborist certification from International Society of Arboriculture (ISA)

. Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in horticultural and landscape project/maintenance in Singapore.

. Possess a minimum class 3 license (Preferably)

. Good command of written and spoken English

. Proficient in Microsoft office, Phtoshop

. Good team player, proactive and independent.

· Diploma/Bachelor Degree in relevant field of study

· Possesses ISA Certified Arborist Certificate;

· To produce Visual Tree Assessment on daily work and provide monthly Visual Tree Assessment report;

· To supervisor the site work with arboriculture team;

· Attend meeting with client;
. Coordinating site operations;
. Monitoring landscape maintenance;
. Manage and supervise ground workers;
. Fluent in English speaking;
. Willing to work under sunlight
