RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and implement all aspects of planning and operations relating to the realisation of exhibitions and other projects, as well as, care of artwork collections

As a Cloud Project Manager, you will be working on cloud operations in the delivery team. You will execute daily cloud operations as well as cloud implementations in technical customer engagements including basic operations and administration, specific implementation projects and/or pilots in Cloud.

The Cloud Project Manager should have experience in delivery roles and success in implementation discussions, hands-on experience with good client handling skills and good team player within the team. The Regional Real Estate and Facilities Manager position has the overall responsibility for the company sites including maintenance (preventive and corrective), utility operations, monitoring, implementation of facilities projects. How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Plan and manage all building and manufacturing equipment maintenance for company sites. Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to preventive and corrective building and site maintenance services, pest control and design/implementation of small to mid-size capital projects.

Scope of Works:

1. To oversee the booking and estate management of the shared facilities in ACS Barker Road Campus. The shared facilities include Auditorium, Arts Centre, Sports Hall, Swimming Pool, Futsal Court and Tennis Courts.
2. Source for opportunities for external bookings of shared facilities (e.g. concerts, workshops, conferences, events) and facilitate bookings of both schools and external parties;
3. Provide logistic support for external events and programmes;
4. Supervise a team of cleaners to maintain the cleanliness of the campus and their training and development;
5. Liaise with contractors on estate maintenance and improvement works;
6. Liaise with external hirers on their bookings, usage and payment;
7. Coordinate the bookings for both schools and external hirers;
8. Coordinate with both schools on the campus finance matters (annual budget and expenditure expenses, fixed assets of campus) and update School. Leaders on the income and expenses pattern on a quarterly basis;
9. In unforeseen health and safety events, the individual must be able to perform the duties of a Safe Management Officer and is able to plan, coordinate and implement the prescribed Safe Management Measures based on legal requirements.
