Human Resources
· Handle all matters pertaining to Employees' welfare and benefits for the Singapore office.
· Handle recruitment, job postings, interviews, and preparation of letter of appointment if any.
· Salary and Payroll, CPF sumbission
· Handle expenses for the Singapore office.
. Apply Visa/ work permit (WP/EP/DP)
Sales Support
· To handle all social media platforms such as Google ads, Facebook, Instagram, and third-party ad networks.
· To prepare purchase orders, sales orders, delivery orders, and invoices in the account
· Coordinate shipments with overseas and local logistics companies.
· Assist Sales Personnel with presentation and serve drinks to Showroom visitors.
· To maintain cleanliness and upkeeping of Showroom.
· In charge of opening and closing of the showroom.
Even and Exhibiton Support
· Manage all exhibiton with logistic and booth installation coordinating.
Administration
· Maintain equipment inventory and maintenance.
· Provide secretarial support to the CEO.
· Liaise with the Finance Manager on Expenses reports periodically.
· Work location: Ubi Vertex
· Working hours/days: 9am to 6pm/ 5 days
Job Requirement
· Minimum degree hoder with 3-4 years related experience.
· Knowledge and experience working with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and other Microsoft applications
· Ability to write professionally, have an excellent command of written English and grammar
· Ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
· Flexibility to work with multiple personalities and with all levels of management within an organization
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Able to work independently without supervision.
