United Medicare Centre (UMC) is a leading private nursing home providing trusted care and quality life since 2003. We are looking for a candidate to support the company mission by providing leadership to the facilities and housekeeping team based at different Nursing homes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership to on-site teams required for the smooth and effective running of the organisation building and support operations.
• Cultivate and maintain good relationship with internal departments such as Nursing and Operations.
• Ensure all preventive maintenance works are effectively carried out and the building facilities & equipment are in optimal conditions.
• Plan and ensure an effective housekeeping team for each sites.
• Ensure compliances with all buildings and statutory regulations.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Property Management, Facilities Management or its equivalent.
• Good working knowledge of all relevant buildings and statutory regulations.
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience.
• Previous experience in managing healthcare facilities and/or housekeeping services would be an advantage.

• Provide leadership day-to-day operations of non-clinical activities in the company portfolio of Nursing homes including Front desk admin/clinical logistic management eg store, procurement, transport.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with clinical and operation heads to ensure optimal operations within the nursing homes.
• Analyse department performance and implement improvements as needed to achieve operation and financial targets

Qualifications and requirements

• Degree or Diploma in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel or hospitality operations management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality service to partners and customers

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and define candidate profiles.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment metrics.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

• A-level/Diploma/Degree holder in any field
• Keen interest in Talent Aquisition HR
• 1 to 1 mentorship

• Communicating with the patient, and liaising with their family members, physicians, and teachers to design effective treatment plans.
• Using tried and tested therapies in combination with new, innovative techniques to provide the best care.
• Keeping up-to-date with advancements in the field by attending conferences, conducting research, and expanding professional and academic networks.
• Educating patients and their families on speech disorders and available therapies.
• Taking detailed notes on patient history and progress.
• Providing mentoring and workshops to speech therapy students.
• Evaluating patient progress and implementing changes to therapy programs as required.

Requirement

• Bachelor / Master's in Speech and Language Therapy
• Registered with Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC)
