Job Responsibilities

• Ensure daily operations run smoothly
• Handle enquiries professionally

• Reconcile and take custody of all payment collections at the end of shift with the report generated by POS machines to ensure they are properly accounted

Job Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of consumer goods sales experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operational and project implementation matters.
• Ensure timely login of sales orders and processing for all sales.
• Handle sales login for Key Account customers, including issuance of Purchase Orders and Delivery Orders.
• Liaise with vendors to resolve leadtime issues of equipment and negotiate project prices and payment terms.
• Monitor project status, forecast project risks, and take preventive measures.
• Work closely with the Finance Team on invoicing status and cash flow projections.
• Ensure all suppliers' price books are updated and made available to the sales team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, collaborate, and work closely with internal staff including AV Designers, Drafters, Engineers, Site Engineers, and Safety Officers, as well as external parties such as Consultants, Main Contractors, Subcontractors, Manufacturers, and Suppliers.
• Study schematic designs and construction drawings to create detailed AV construction drawings.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, change orders, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Manage customer expectations and ensure the delivery of a positive customer experience.
• Plan, manage, and schedule resources effectively.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in project management for construction sites or A&A works, specifically in M&E or ELV solutions such as CCTV or infrastructure (Structured cabling).
• Proficient in interpreting construction drawings.
• Capable of working independently in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• 1 year of experience in Audio Visual project management.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD or REVIT.
• Experience in managing projects at construction sites.
• Familiarity with interpreting BIM modeling.
