Job Purpose

The Professional Officers Division (POD) houses a centralized pool of academic staff under the Professional Officers scheme. Professional Officers come with specialised and deep technical skills acquired through extensive industry experience. What’s the role?

You will work with the HR Manager in the following areas:

• Liaise with clients on their recruitment needs and conduct requirements gathering before commencing the end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Assist with offer and Contract management on Cost proposal
• On-Boarding process.
• Update new employee’s data into the HR Management System and Payroll processes.
• Monitor employee’s contract period and follow-up with employee’s manager on review of contract renewal and salary increase.

What You Will Have:

• Diploma in HR Management, Business Administration / Management or its equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years HR experience as a generalist. However, matured and mid-career conversion candidates are welcome.
• Must have good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act as well as other labour laws.
• Must have strong computer literacy.
• Possess good customer service and strong relationship-building skills

Job Description & Requirements

Fabrica AI is reinventing how robots are developed. Currently novel robots take 5-20 years.
