The Role

This is a good opportunity for an experienced Structural RTO to represent Cundall onsite for one of Singapore projects. This will be a 9-months contract based role commencing in April 2025 with an opportunity for extension if required by project. Location is based in the west of Singapore. • To coordinate and to supervise the whole construction works of the Contractor on site and to agree on the detailed programme of work.

Job Requirements

• 1 year experience as Security preferably within hotel industry.
• Possess a valid Police Licensing Regulatory Department Security Officer license.
• Service-oriented and positive working attitude.
• Willing to perform rotating shift work.
• Police, CISCO or SAF regular experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Source suitable candidates in line with business needs
• Prepare HR report
• Assist with administrative duties on HR activities
• Identifies training needs for business units
• Participates and support the roll out of HR initiatives/ projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in business/ Human Resources
• Internship with MNC HR experience or 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers, understand their needs and attend to their queries
• Handle and resolve customers’ feedbacks and concerns
• Ensure a wonderful salon experience for our customers to increase customer retention
• Handling phone enquiries with etiquette
• Serving light refreshments to customers and attending to their needs
• Schedule customers’ appointments and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
