What you will be doing:

The Senior Associate, HR Business Partner will be responsible for collaborating with business leaders and the HRBP Team to drive organizational effectiveness through tailored HR strategies and processes. You will work to design HR development frameworks that will enable high-performance work cultures, leadership development, change management, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

Organisational Development

• Performance Management – Own and manage the approach, development and process of audax Performance Management. This includes and is not limited to designing, refining and deploying the mid and annual Audax Review Cycle.
• Employee Engagement – You will be the champion for driving audax employee engagement activities across our 8 engagement pillars. You will design approach and lead the project plan for each year.
