Job Responsibilities

· Accurately process end-to-end payroll for all employees, including calculations, deductions, and payments.

· Handle monthly CPF contributions, income tax submissions, and other statutory requirements.

· Ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries, bonuses, and other compensation.

· Stay updated with local payroll regulations and ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws.

· Prepare and submit statutory reports, including IR8A, IR21, and other relevant filings.

Job Requirements

· Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing.

· Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, CPF regulations, and tax requirements.

· Prior experience in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HANA would be advantageous.

As the Program Officer, you will support the APLMA secretariat in driving awareness on the importance of malaria elimination, advocating for key issues to sustain elimination progress and ensuring malaria remains a highly visible locally, regionally and globally. Program Communications

• Under the guidance of the Communications Manager, support and administer APLMA’s social media, digital engagement, website and newsletter.
