(C) Minimum Qualifications/ Job Experience:

• GCE O/A Levels or Diploma qualifications.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Prior experience in working on construction sites, especially in Civil projects.

• To participate in the development of safety and health policies, practices and procedures throughout Company network in compliance with Governmental Regulations.
• To develop Company Safety & Health procedures and programs.
• To monitor new legislation as it relates to safety and health standards and practices and facilitate changes as necessary.
• Liaise with MOM, NEA, PUB and other relevant authorities on all WSH issues.
• To lead the development of and provide guidance to location safety personne regarding issues relative to safety and health programs and practices.
• To identify, investigate, report and provide relative to root causes for incident, employees safety programs, regulatory compliance relative to safety and health.
• To develop and implement solutions for emergency preparedness plans for company sites.
• To participate in hazard identification and risk assessment.
• To ensure that the Integrated Management System (ISO9001 & ISO45001) is implemented, maintained and improved.
• To ensure compliance with legal and other applicable requirements.
• To ensure safety in the course of work
• Possess ECO qualification will be an added advantage.
