Job Responsibilities

• To assist in recruitment and onboarding/debriefing to successful candidates

Job Requirements

• Minimum ‘A’ level/Certificate in a HR-related discipline
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Able to converse in both English & preferably Mandarin as required to liaise with Mandarin speaking site workers, subcons/vendors
• Mature team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
• Must have initiative, be well organized, independent and able to work under pressure

Job Description:

- Organize and maintain personnel records

- Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)

- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hireguides

- Revise and Manage company policies

- Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance

- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates)

- Answer employees queries about HR-related issues

- Assist payroll outsourcing department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)

- Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)

Apply Work Permit and other permits on EPOL and WPOL.

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as an HR Admin, HR Assistant or relevant role

- Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)

- Thorough knowledge of labor laws

- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects

- Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
