Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing of suppliers/vendors to support company’s business.
• Process purchase requisition and purchase orders.
• Request and evaluate quotations from suppliers/vendors.
• Participate in cost reduction/negotiation exercise with suppliers/vendors periodically.
• Liaise with customers on order and delivery schedules.
• Plan production to ensure timely delivery to meet customers’ orders or schedules.
• Coordinate with Production / Store for quick reaction to changes in schedule.
• Liaise with suppliers/sub-contractors to ensure the delivery of goods and services are met to make customers’ orders.
• Ensure suppliers'/subcontractors' services are purchased from approved sources.
• Control Inventory level in line with the company’s interest.

Job Description

Job Description

• Coordinates, prioritizes, and resolves issues encountered by the team.
• Optimizes the usage of manpower, standard time, equipment, and energy of the team.
• Escalates critical/complex issues that will impact the business and manage quality issues.
• Contacts customer & Dealers/Distributors, collects feedback, and establishes and maintains good relationship with customers, Dealers/Distributors.

Job Requirement:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Min 3 Years of experience in a similar supervisory role within Aftermarket Service Industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Business Central or similar tools.
• Understanding of EH&S standards and practices is a plus for the role.
