Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, employee engagement, or event planning, with a focus on culture and community building.
• An extroverted personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple events and initiatives simultaneously.
• A creative mindset and a passion for fostering a fun and inclusive workplace.
