Job Description

• Generate and manage Purchase Orders for vendors.
• Complete service entry processes.
• Facilitate the onboarding of new vendors within RTBS and PASS SAP systems.
• Oversee and administer the Third-Party due diligence process.
• Document and maintain the invoicing procedures across SAP systems (PASS and RTBS).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for account payment inquiries from service providers.
• Develop and update the service provider spend master file.
• Track and report expenditure.
• Execute monthly site recharges.
• Manage Purchase Orders (POs).
• Verify, receipt, and process invoices.
• Produce contract spend reports.
• Administer Teams and SharePoint site access and management.
• Manage contract execution.
• Maintain and update the contract register.
• Monitor and flag upcoming or overdue contract and rate reviews.

The Successful Applicant
