• Identifies and resolves customer issues and enquires received via calls/mail/emails/social media platforms completely, accurately within the committed turnaround time and in accordance with Contact Centre standards to ensure contact handling accuracy and operational effectiveness

• Educates the customer about the Bank’s products and services and directs them toward available resources for self-help.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in any discipline.
• Experience in Call Centre, Banking or Customer Service (calls and correspondents) environment will be an advantage.
• Possess a positive mindset with a “CAN-DO” attitude and passion to deliver quality customer service.

Warehouse Manager

Salary: $ 3,500 - $ 4,500

Job Responsibilities:

Incoming

• Perform incoming check for parts received, checking quantity and quality for both stock and project items.
• Ensure that information (Airway Bill No/PO/DO) is recorded in the record book for DHL/UPL
• Label all stock items with the correct labeling before placing them to the racks/bins.
• Perform GRN and ensure all documents are submitted to finance.
• Report any damage of items during receiving and report to the respective purchaser.
• Arrange/liaise with the shipping company/hauler on the container truck in and truck out date.
• Perform unstuffing of container and manage container detention period.

Outgoing

• Perform Sale order picking and provide packing weight and dimension for all export items.
• Liaise of crate ordering as per order requirement
• Stuffing of container for export order
• Update system after picking (reclassification/posting to staging/etc.)
• Record all serial numbers for posting at the BC and filing for ISO audit.

Others

• Perform monthly cycle count for all inventory & investigate any discrepancy and ensure that adjustment is done accordingly.
• Maintained T-Loan documents and check on the Goods Return items- clean up, pack them back and label it.
• Daily housekeeping of store area including waste recycle/disposal bins to company 5S standard.
• Regular top up of empty location on the rack to maximize storage space usage
• Ensure that items without a storage location are placed within the allocated area
• Ensure that all movement of stock is update promptly into the WMS
• Enforce safety requirement as per company guidelines at all time during any activities at the work site
• Ensure that the team is equipped with the right PPE for the task that they are performing
• Attend Safety meeting-safety committee / Internal & External Audit activity
• Ordering (Create PR) for consumables materials. (packing materials/diesel/cargo labels/etc)
• Raise MR for R-code material and Forklift PM and accessories
• Adhoc attending to Project cargo tracing-Assist in Uncrating

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Warehouse/Logistics
• With 3-5 years of warehouse environment would be an advantage.
• Possess forklift license would be an advantage
