1. IT Technical Responsibilities

1. Maintenance, administration and monitoring of Servers
2. Perform Server administration and management of windows servers, VMWare, AD Domain services, AD Certificate services, DHCP, DNS, MS Exchange and Email filtering
3. User account creation and deletion for Windows, Emails, BT, VPN, Messenger and door access
4. Maintenance/ Administration of Network Infrastructure
5. Maintain and update firewall settings
6. Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, routers, switches, voice circuits, leased lines, telephone lines, etc for the smooth operations of the Company
7. Assist IT Manager in implementing information and cyber security and control structures
8. Handle system backup, storage management and system recovery.
9. Conduct servers backup (daily/weekly/monthly backup)
10. Handle renewal of maintenance services for IT equipment/ software licenses
11. Perform tests and evaluations on new software and hardware
12. Liaise with vendors for IT equipment purchase and technical support
13. Liaise with vendors for new voice circuits, leased lines, data subscriptions, etc
14. Check invoices from vendors & perform cost allocation (Voice circuits & data subscription) for Finance
15. Provide desktop support duties
16. Workstation and trading phone setup for new users
17. Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems networks, printers and scanners, etc.
18. Provide technical support for User Desktops, BT Trading system, voice circuits, etc across the company (in person or over phone)
19. Support of desktop applications like Bloomberg and Refinitiv related applications
20. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
21. Rollout Windows updates and patches
22. Regular checks for PC and Server OS patches and updates

2. Others

1. Assist in office renovation
2. Shifting of User positions or desk positions
3. Perform duties of an SMO – Safe Management Officer (acting as a back-up for the main SMO)

Requirements

- Minimum Diploma in Information Technology related field

- Minimum 1 year of experience

- Experience in firewalls, routers and switches configurations

- Experience in MS Active Directory Account, MS Exchange, VMWare and Linux administration

- Meticulous, resourceful, independent, good interpersonal skills and sense of responsibility

- Possess MCSA, MCP, CCNA knowledge and working experience in financial sector will be added advantage

- Good interpersonal skills

- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays occasionally

Specific Job Role/Scope:

• Work together as a team at Import Billing section. Generate invoices, resolving customer questions and liaise with account holders on quotation.
• Liaise with Finance department on invoice approval and maintain good communication and teamwork with other departments.
• Accountable to Import Team Leader for the efficient operation of Import Services - Import Billing

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Performing day to day billing operations.

The HR Manager Overseas Portfolio is responsible for managing and supporting local proximity HR operations across international locations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Planning:

• Develop and implement HR strategies tailored to the needs of overseas operations.
• Collaborate with leadership to align global HR practices with corporate objectives.
• Identify workforce trends and address skill gaps in international locations.

2. Talent Acquisition & Management:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to meet current and future workforce needs.
• Align hiring practices with organizational goals, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and market trends.
• Monitor workforce planning in collaboration with department heads to address talent needs proactively.
• Strengthen the organizations employer brand to attract high-quality talent.

3. Compliance & Legal Frameworks:

• Ensure compliance with labour laws, tax regulations, and employment policies in each operating region.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international HR regulations and mitigate risks.
• Develop and monitor contracts, visas, and work permits for expatriates and international employees.

4. Employee Engagement & Diversity:

• Foster a culture of inclusion, respect, and collaboration across culturally diverse teams.
• Ensure employee engagement programs, conflict resolution and mediation services are tailored to local preferences.

5. Performance Management & Training:

• Roll out performance management systems suitable for international locations.
• Identify and address training needs to enhance employee skillsets.

6. Compensation & Benefits Administration:

• Manage competitive compensation and benefits packages tailored to local markets.
• Collaborate with external consultants to benchmark salaries and incentives.
• Ensure equity in pay structures in the local regions.

7. Expatriate & Mobility Management:

• Manage international assignments, including relocation, housing, and cultural assimilation.
• Provide ongoing support for expatriates and their families.

8. HR Data & Reporting:

• Maintain and analyze HR metrics to assess workforce trends in international locations.
• Prepare periodic reports for leadership, highlighting key HR insights and risks.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field (Masters preferred).

Experience:

• Minimum 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 2-3 years managing international or cross-border portfolios.
• Familiarity with global HR systems and practices.

Skills & Competencies:

• Must be able to travel extensively and stay in the designated local operation for at least 2 months per trip.
• Strong understanding of international labour laws and compliance.
• Exceptional cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different time zones.
• Proficiency in HRIS and talent management software.
• Strategic mindset with problem-solving abilities.
