Job Scope:

Responsibilities

• Provide support in the daily operations of the Sports Centre and the Pro Shop

POSITION DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Regulation changes & awards decisions: Staying update of key regulatory changes and seeking guidance and direction from HRBP and/ or Employment Counsel on the application to ensure compliance. Acts as a bridge between statutory information and stakeholders, interpreting the information to educate stakeholders on the impact and required actions.
• Annual award minimum wage review activity & internal annual salary review activity: Manage timelines and communications to stakeholders, review employees’ salaries against the award minimum wage requirements, share findings and recommendations with HRBPs and prepare necessary documentation.
• Contract and addendum letters: Working with HRBP and Legal Counsel on all Award-covered contracts and addendum letters across the divisions to ensure current templates are compliant. Prepare contract and addendum letters for all award covered employees and working with HRSSO Admin on the alignment of processes
• Timesheets: Drafting monthly timesheets for Award Covered Employees and sharing them with colleagues. Ensuring the timesheets are signed by the relevant manager and returned in by the set deadline. Working with HRBPs to map and standardize the time and attendance process across the division. Implementing process improvement and timesheet management tools in future as required.
• Overtime calculation: Review the timesheets against the overtime requirements under the Award, calculating how much overtime has applied to that month. Ensuring overtime is either agreed as TOIL or paid out in the next pay run. 
• TOIL: Ensure that an appropriate record of TOIL is being captured, tracking when it was accrued and when it is taken to ensure we remain compliant.
• Allowances checking: conduct quarterly award allowances checking, tracking and calculation.
• Reconciliation: Completing a review of employees’ payment in line with their entitlements with the Award for those with an annualized contract on the 12-month anniversary of the annualized contract date. Ensuring rectification for the leaver is paid within 7 days of the final day.
• Record maintenance: Ensuring an accurate way to track all colleagues who are currently, and who have been, Award covered. Including their relevant award and any specific details such as classification level. 
• Processes & SOP: Identify gaps and developing process mapping / SOP guidelines for modern awards. Review and maintain - Stay up to date on Australia Modern Awards regulation and apply this knowledge to continuously improve HR processes and initiatives.
• Projects: Assist in project delivery and any HR initiatives both solo and in partnership with HR Business Partner and APAC HRSSO & Payroll Team
• Engagement: Demonstrates confidence and courage to appropriately challenge assumptions and a high level of professionalism to push through on solutions while maintaining relationships at all organizational levels. As part of the Human Resource team, you will be responsible for executing the full range of HR functions, from employee recruitment, retention, engagement, performance management to employee relations and regulatory compliance. Insurance

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of insurance claims submissions for employees in compliance with government regulations and company policies.
• Be updated on all company insurance policies, such as Foreign Worker Insurance, Work Injury, Maternity benefits, etc.
• Keep abreast on latest statutory requirements on required regulatory reports (e.g., Work Injury reports to MOM).
• Verify coverage, process policy updates, and issue certificates of insurance as needed.
• Process eligible claims by coordinating with insurance brokers, ensuring claims are submitted for reimbursements within the respective timeframes (e.g., be aware on the stipulated claim window by insurance vendors).
• Update monthly work injury report details to management.
• Liaise with and support in yearly insurance review and renewal.
• Keep updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Payroll

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for employees.
• Timely and accurate submission of bank transfers, CPF, statutory claims and income tax filing.
• Maintain payroll records and information in an organized and secure manner.
• Review employee attendance records and validate compensation information.
• Investigate and reconcile payroll discrepancies to ensure compliance with statutory laws and regulations.
• Respond to employees’ and team’s inquiries regarding payroll information.
• Timely and accurately prepare payroll reports as required.
• Collaborate with the HR team member to ensure timely receipt of employee data to ensure payroll deadlines are met.
• Keep abreast on latest statutory requirements that affect compensations (e.g., CPF contribution rate changes, tax changes).

• At least 2 years of working experience preferably in the service or retail sectors.
• Comfortable with HRM and office software (Microsoft Works and Excel).

• Proficiency in Excel and other Office applications is a requirement.

Roles & Responbilities

• To study and familiarise with the whole development’s organisation, Site conditions, Conditions of Contract, Conditions of Sub-contract, M&E Specification/Drawings, Architectural, Interior, Structural and Specialist drawings, Coordination of M&E, Architectural, Interior, Structural and Specialist elements
• To carry out site supervision and inspection cords of all works done, including records of test inspections, status of work of the works including any off-site manufacturing as instructed by the consultant team so as to ensure that the installation works are constructed in compliance with the design intent, specification, working/approved drawings and quality of works required under the terms of the contract.
• To ensure timely submissions and check all drawings (including authority submission drawings and shop drawings)
• To monitor project progress of the works on site and at any off-site manufacturing facilities and report delays immediately.
• To provide standing supervision as and when directed by the consultant team.
• To maintain proper site records and updated daily res, safety, site diary, materials and equipment onsite, labour, dayworks, provisional quantities, etc.
• To check that the contractor executes preliminaries items.
• To check services routes and contractor’s setting out and report any deviations to the consultant team.
• To verify reports and monitor the progress of work on site, verify the contractors’ progress report and present the report to the DM (Development Manager) in such format that the progress payment claim by the contractor can be easily evaluated.
• To monitor all variations works as instructed or approved by consultant team.
• To attend site progress meetings/technical meetings/consultants’ meetings.
• To attend to contractor’s queries and co-ordinate works of main contractor and direct contractors.
• To inspect completed works and ensure works are carried out in accordance to statutory requirements
• To undertake any other duties related to the project including supervision of M&E works as and when instructed by the consultant team.
• To compile relevant equipment, material, inspection and test certificates submitted by the contractors and pass them to the DM as required for the project records and the clients’ hand-over package.
• To compile Punch List or Defect List with the contractors and ensure that the contractors carry out rectification work diligently to clear all defects during the Maintenance Period.
• To witness all the inspection, testing and commissioning sessions performed by the subcontractors to ensure compliance with designs and specifications.

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a recognised Diploma/Nitec in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering/ Building
• Preferably Registered resident technical officer with IES / ACES
• Minimum 5 years of experience as RTO on local project, preferably with experience in school projects
• A good team player and experience in assisting the consultant team / Resident Engineer in supervision

JOB SCOPE

Guest Relations Officer will assist the Front Office Manager in providing good customer service to guests and walk in guests.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Attend to guests enquiries, complaints and follow up on the complaints made by guests.

2. Assist in attending to guests check in and check out as and when needed when there is a shortage of manpower for the Front Desk Reception Officer.

3. Escort guests to their allocated guest rooms and show them the amenities in the room.

4. Periodically check lobby elevators, door and front driveway to ensure it is not overcrowded.

5. Assist in the billing of guests invoices.

6. Ensure that Bell hops and Doorman are available to attend to transfer the luagages of the guests from their hotel rooms to the Front Desk Counter to carry out their check out registration.

7. Perform other ad-hoc duty as assigned by HOD.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Possess a Certificate in Hotel Accommodation from SHATEC or any private training institute.

2. At least two (2) years of relevant working experiences in the hospitality industry.

3. Customer oriented and with good working attitude.

4. Able to work independently and as well as a team.
