• Possession of FSM qualification recognized by SCDF preferred.
• 5-10 years of relevant ESH experience in the chemical, petrochemical, hazardous waste management, or a similar manufacturing sector.
• In-depth knowledge of ESH legislation, regulations, and best practices.
• Logistics and fleet management experience is an added benefit.

Job Description:

• Work closely with the Residence Manager
• Provide good customer service and respond efficiently and tactfully to guests’ complaints, requests and enquiries
• Handle cashiering functions and adhere to the residence’s Standard Policies & Procedures
• Maintain good guest relations with in-house guests at all times
• Project a courteous and hospitable attitude at all times
• Provide guests with accurate information as requested regarding SR facilities, major city attractions and events
• Maintain an effective flow of communication with all personnel

Job Requirements:

• O-Level or equivalent
• Willing to perform rotating shifts
• Positive attitude with outgoing personality and good communication skills
• Experience in hospitality and knowledge of HMS will be advantageous

Job scope:

- Promote and manage staff facilities, for example, Staff Lounge, Gym and other staff recreational facilities

- Support the team to drive Employee Engagement programmes including employee engagement survey, pulse survey, action and improvement plans.

- Support the team in Employee Engagement Events

- Keen on running events, comfortable with coordination leading up to events and actual event day activities

- Work in close collaboration and partnership with management and line departments to achieve short-term and long-terms goals and objectives.

- Administer and execute HR functions and processes

- Provide administrative support

- Support in events such as staff wellness, process/work improvement review projects etc.

Requirements :

- Min. Diploma holder

- Able to start work immediately!

- Able to commit for 9 months.
