Responsibilities
- Perform and oversee monthly payroll processing inclusive of bank creation and payslip generation
- Handle full recruitment cycle from advertising, shortlisting potential candidates and assisting in arranging interviews and preparing relevant documentations for selected candidates
- Responsible for all Work Pass transaction such as application, renewals and cancellation
- In-charge of on-boarding and off-boarding processes
- Responsible for dormitory check in/out, room arrangement, liaising with dorm operator
- Submission of monthly CPF contributions, IR21 (if any)
- Preparation and submission of statutory, WICA and other relevant HR reports
- Create and upkeep employees’ P-files
- Maintain accurate HR records and assist in preparing reports as required.
- Submission of MOM quarterly surveys
- Submission of MOM monthly salary declarations
- Submission of MOM monthly OED
- Employee training registration and renewal (Coretrade Application/Renewal, WSH Application/Renewal, SP Contractor Portal Application/Renewal, etcs)
- Manage daily HR operations, such as record maintenance and filing.
- Ensure timely renewal of company vehicle insurance and road tax
- Support in general office administration to ensure smooth daily operations.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP system.
Qualifications & Technical Requirements:
- Preferably 2-3 years of relevant HR experience
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or equivalent
- Preferably 2-3 years of relevant HR experience
- Good understanding of HR processes and administrative duties.
- Experience in Construction will be an added advantage
Others:
- 5 days’ work
- 9am – 5pm
- 6-month contract role starting from Feb 2025.
