• Responsible as EHS department document controller to manage document related to EHS department
• Maintaining EHS management system documents and ensuring enforcement
• Monitoring and reporting EHS performance on a regular basis, including timely incident investigations and reporting

Requirement

As a HR Manager, the incumbent will be working as an independent contributor reporting to HR Manager located in US, and is responsible for regional HR scope, such as overseeing full spectrum of the HR functions in APAC region with a focus in China and Taiwan.

Key responsibilities includes providing advice regarding industry best practices revolving HR matters and labour laws, involved in full employee life cycle phase from recruiting and onboarding to offboarding, which includes Training and Development, Performance Management, Benefits and Compensation, HR data analytics, and Succession Planning.

Incumbent will also be expected to participate in developing and implementing international policies and precedures, and supporting compliance audit.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• At least 5 years working experience as a Human Resources Manager, previous regional experience is a plus
• Experience with setting up HR infrastructure and program is good to have
• Strong knowledge of the HR laws & regulations, compliance, labour law in APAC region

• Receive and update car arrival

• Monitor quality, quantity, cost, and efficiency of stock movement
• Liaise and negotiate with customers and suppliers

• Min GCE 'O' Levels and above
• Computer skills must be proficiency in Excel and Words
• Class 3 License is required as need to shift vehicles
• Singaporean only
