Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
• Experience: 10+ years of HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in an executive role (such as VP of HR or CHRO).
• Skills & Competencies:Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
  In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.

Job Description:

• Manage the end-to-end process for Work Injury Compensation claims, including coordination with internal parties and external partners for case evaluations.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission and resolution of claims in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the administration of WICA-related medical expenses, leave records, and salary details.
• Prepare and compile quarterly reports on work injury statistics.
• Facilitate the submission process for government-paid leave claims and generate reports to identify eligible cases.

Job Description

1. The RTO Shall supervise all civil, structural including structural elements for Bridge / Viaducts, Roads, and specialist engineering works for compliance with the LTA’s requirements and other authorities’ and agencies’ requirements for permanent works and temporary works.
