• Lead and develop the HR Strategy Consulting Services team across Asia
• Generate new business leads and maintain strong relationships with existing clients

Professional Experience and Attributes:

• Minimum 18 years’ HR strategic partnering experience in Asia, namely Southeast Asia and North Asia
• Proven track record of partnering with senior stakeholders in startups, SMEs and MNCs across Asia
• Extensive experience in strategic HR planning and change management
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand diverse business models and industries
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical and project management skills
• Strong organisational ability including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Exceptional capability in building and maintaining professional relationships
• Ability to influence and negotiate at senior levels
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads and grow a consulting practice
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Hands-on mentality; high level of self-motivation and excellent time management skills

Job Description

• Construct organization structure and implementing policies
• Human Resource administrations
• Application of Work Passes and ensuring that all documents are being verified and processed accordingly
• Posting of advertisement and shortlisting suitable candidates
• Coordinating interviews and participate in the selection process
• Manage employee data and ensure that all documents are being collected and filed accordingly
• Preparation of letters such as Letter of Appointment, Confirmation Letter, Transfer Letter, etc

* Prefer to be someone junior-mid level

* Timesheet experience, workpass applications experience

* Handling and keep track of leaves records for external consultant

* Handle admin duties, attending to external guest, assist on company events, pantry and maintaining of the conference room

* Need not to have very strong payroll background (if have then is advantage)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing and maintaining the HR information systems (HRIS) and ensuring that they are efficiently and effectively supporting the HR department and the organization's HR processes.

• Work closely with HR stakeholders, IT team, and vendors to implement, maintain, and enhance HRIS modules, data integrity, and reporting functionalities.

• Manage and maintain HRIS modules, HRIS system configurations, data integrations, data updates, system upgrades, and security settings.

• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify and analyze business requirements, design HRIS solutions, and implement system enhancements to streamline HR processes and improve overall system performance.

• Develop and maintain HRIS documentation, including system procedures, process flows, data dictionaries, and user guides.

• Conduct data analysis, data validation, and data audits to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in the HRIS.

• Generate standard and ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards

• in HRIS-related projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

• Proven experience (3-5 years) in a similar role, with a focus on managing HR information systems.

• Strong technical proficiency in HRIS, preferably with experience in systems such as SAP and SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms.

• Contract Renewal, Emplacement & Promotions
• Handle Grants & Claims
• Contribute ideas and suggestions for continuous improvement in HR through streamlining of work processes and practices.
• Manage employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters
• May need to manage full suite of staff recruitment process which includes but not limited to sourcing, screening and coordinating interviews.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resource with minimally two years of relevant experience
• Comfortable to travel as you may need to travel on site (islandwide) when needed

Responsibilities

• Creating a recruitment plan and working closely with hiring managers to support recruitment needs
• In charge of onboarding plans and training new employees on existing HR policies and internal processes
• Maintaining HR records, payroll documentation and other relevant administrative matters
• Performance management of all employees
• Providing mentorship and support to junior members within the team
• Compliance and Policy Development - update organisation policies and keep abreast of latest labour and employment regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in related discipline
• 3 to 5 years of HR Generalist experience within Banking industry
• Strong communication skills
• Past track record in managing and coordinating with multiple vendors
• Adept in all areas of HR scope: recruitment, employee relations, policy development, HR administration and operations, performance management and benefits administration
