Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage construction worker payroll and process final salary for repatriated workers, including income tax clearance.
• Handle air ticket bookings and facilitate the application & renewal of work permits for workers.
• Track and manage monthly renewals, ensuring appraisal forms are sent to relevant HODs ahead of time.
• Process CSOC applications and renewals; monitor workers' daily attendance via mobile apps.
• Generate and maintain various reports, including monthly costing, deductions, MC, absenteeism, YTD holdings, and schedules.
