Job Description:

• Collaborate with hiring managers on full-cycle talent acquisition for contract positions in Singapore.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand and define talent needs, develop recruitment strategies, and create effective hiring plans for contract roles.
• Manage contracts, including renewals and replacements.
• Handle recruitment and hiring for internship positions, and assist in organizing monthly internship engagement events and the internship graduation ceremony.
• Participate in job fairs to attract top talent.
• Provide support for general HR functions, including operations, compensation and benefits, and talent and organizational development processes.
• Contribute ideas for organizing HR data and simplifying PowerPoint presentations.
• Utilize various recruitment channels cost-effectively, identifying the most suitable sourcing methods, handling resume screening, job postings, and internal referral updates.
• Assist in drafting and designing quarterly HR Newsletter highlights for Singapore employees.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in engineering, chemical, or water industries.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders while managing hiring managers' expectations.
• Experience in internship recruitment and networking with universities and polytechnics.
• Proficiency in digital tools and technologies, including PowerPoint, Visier, and Workday.
• Ability to manage high-volume hiring efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

• Higher Nitec or Nitec in Mechatronics, Electrical or Electronics
• Willing to work at height on outdoor public road
• Experience in site supervision and electrical and electronic works.
• Proficient in basic Microsoft system
• Possess Singapore Class 3 driving license

Role Overview

The Corporate Admin and HR Executive position at ClearSK Healthcare Group offers a comprehensive role with a focus on HR and administrative functions. Located in Singapore with an international presence in Hangzhou, Shanghai and Kuala Lumpur the role is pivotal in supporting the HR Manager and ensuring smooth office operations.

The responsibilities are multifaceted, encompassing a wide range of HR and business administrative tasks such as maintaining personnel records, handles full cycle of recruitment process and selection right up to offer of employment and supporting the HR Manager in various capacities like work pass administration for foreign employees and leave management. The role also involves preparing HR reports, handling claims and providing office support.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess a Diploma from a polytechnic in Singapore or a Degree in Administration Management, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a similar field from a reputable institution.
• Good command in English and Chin
• Organised and able to follow structured work procedures at work
• At least 2 years of working experience preferably in the service or retail sectors.
• Comfortable with HRM and office software (Microsoft Works and Excel).
• Pleasant personality, impeccable integrity, responsible, responsive and able to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Excel and other Office applications is a requirement.
