Job responsibilities

• Responsible for the care management of elderly clients under the senior care centre programme, including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care as well as client education
• Take charge of the whole clinical nursing practice in the centre and ensure compliance with approved standards of nursing practices, including the creation and maintenance of policies and SOPs.
• Perform all general nursing duties to provide quality nursing care and support to clients to ensure their safety and comfort.
