Responsibilities:
Order Processing and Fulfilment:
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the efficient fulfilment of all sales orders.
- Manage day-to-day transactional activities related to order processing.
- Liaise with relevant internal and external parties to address and resolve issues related to order fulfilment.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service team to tackle complex matters in the order processing workflow.
- Monitor and maintain the health of inventory in our e-commerce channel.
- Oversee the processing of cancelled and exchanged orders.
- Handle exceptions that arise during the order fulfilment process.
- Manage customers' return and reverse logistics, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for returning products.
Last Mile Delivery Management:
- Coordinate last mile delivery operations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of orders to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor the status of deliveries and address any issues or delays proactively.
- Implement tracking and reporting systems to provide real-time visibility into last mile delivery performance.
- Continuously improve last mile delivery processes to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce costs.
Supply Chain Operations:
- Manage incoming deliveries to the warehouse and ensure timely receiving and accurate system updates.
- Handle exception situations or cases pertaining to the inbound process.
- Oversee outgoing shipments from the warehouse and ensure timely outbound order processing and system updating.
- Handle exception situations or cases related to the outbound process.
- Identify process bottlenecks within the supply chain and implement improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.
- Ensure timely and accurate electronic updates of inventory records.
- Collaborate with service providers to maintain expected service levels in freight management, transport management, and warehouse management.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with service providers.
General Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement in both order processing, last mile delivery, and supply chain operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both internal and external, to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to order processing and supply chain management.
- Prepare regular reports on order processing, last mile delivery, and supply chain performance metrics.
- Handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management.
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
- Recent graduate from ITE/Polytechnic with a focus on Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
Experience:
- Highly preferred: Working experience in a supply chain function (e.g., purchasing, procurement, planning) and/or 3rd party logistics - contract logistics function.
- Bonus: Related experience in Ecommerce for fast-moving consumer goods and strong experience in warehousing operations, inventory management, and Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Adaptability:
- Demonstrated flexibility and resilience in response to constraints, with the ability to respond constructively to new demands and challenges.
Communication:
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with all stakeholders, both internal and external, across the organization.
Detail-Oriented:
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order processing, inventory management, return/reverse logistics, and last-mile delivery.
Analytical Mindset:
- Analytical mindset with the capability to identify process improvements and implement effective solutions is a plus.
Work Environment:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive and proactive attitude.
Work Schedule:
- Ability to work on a rotating shift for 5 days per week and overtime (on off days & rest days if required).
