Learning and development

Support the planning and implementation of learning and development plans and programs

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership

•  Leads the HR function within the country for all the campuses of the school.

Functional

•  Ensure adherence to budgets; Undertake necessary actions to ensure compliance to budgets.

Interaction and People Focus

•  Works closely with the Recruitment teams and hiring managers, sharing forecasting needs and role requirements.
•  Supervises the recruitment, selection, orientation, and training of employees in the campuses.
•  Work closely with Corporate HR team on various strategic projects.
•  Works closely with the Training team, encouraging employees on various trainings and identifying training needs in the country.
•  Addresses complex employee queries relating to HR.
• Maintains networks and relationships with internal and external partners at the working level to keep abreast of the current industry climate and macroeconomic trends.

Our client, a prominent leader in the commodities industry, is seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Officer to manage international mobility processes and provide exceptional HR support.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, offering guidance on mobility policies and addressing queries related to benefits, relocation, and other mobility matters.
• Coordinate international relocation logistics, including work pass applications, housing arrangements, and adherence to tax and mobility policies.
• Maintain accurate records of mobility cases, salary data, and key metrics, supporting assignment calculations and ensuring compliance with income tax reporting requirements for international employees.
• Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding, while providing administrative support for relocation processes.

Requirements

Manage the full spectrum of HR management functions (manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, training & development, policies review, payroll verification, monthly HR reports, etc)
