As an HR Cum Accounts Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting both our Human Resources and Finance departments. You will be responsible for managing HR functions and handling accounting tasks to ensure smooth operations.

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including invoicing, data entry, and reconciling accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the process of the employee lifecycle including recruitment, work applications, approvals, onboarding and offboarding, records keeping etc.
• Functioning as the point of contact for HR operation matters, HR-related inquiries, and disciplinary cases.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, or related
• Min. 2 years of working experience in HR and Admin functions
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Team-oriented and able to work well with different stakeholders
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Able to communicate well and comfortable in dealing with conflicts
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
