• Support a seamless onboarding process for new hires, including the preparation of workstations, provision of stationery, uniforms, and personal protective equipment (PPE), where applicable.
• Provide administrative assistance in the processing of work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Post and manage job openings across various platforms, ensuring consistency and visibility.
• Serve as the Training Coordinator, overseeing the administration of employee training programs, including course approvals, registration, post-training evaluations, and the maintenance of training records.
• Act as the approver for drivers’ trip claims, ensuring accuracy before final approval.
• Plan, coordinate, and organize company meetings, events, and other activities as required.
• Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of office premises and equipment, such as copiers, air conditioners, and water dispensers.
• Provide general administrative support and assist with other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business or equivalent
• Minimum 1 years of HR-related experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of Unit4 Prosoft HRMS is an added advantage
• Good knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and/or local labour legislation
• Organised, meticulous, self-motivated and able to work independently
