• To conduct regular checks to ensure housekeeping is in order; M&E services, building facilities and equipment are maintained to be safe and operating effectively and efficiently, eg. electrical, air-conditioning systems, chilled-water systems
• To carry out maintenance, equipment check, trouble-shooting, minor repairs and other necessary installation works, eg sanitary and plumbing works, electrical works and building works
• To monitor term and ad-hoc contractors in their servicing activities and supervise all completed work meets required standard

Requirements:

• NTC 2 or 3/ Nitec/Higher Nitec in Mechanical/Electrical/Building or its equivalent
• Min 2 - 3 years of working experience in maintenance of M&E systems and building
  facilities in retail mall / commercial building operations
• Proven experience of supervising and training technicians
• Work under minimum supervision with attention to detail, initiative with strong sense of
  responsibility and teamwork
• Able to work on rotating shifts on weekends & public holidays
