• Min 5 years working experience in Marine Industry or shipyard environment.
• Good understanding of deck machinery such as winch, crane, lifting and handling equipment and the related IACS (particular ABS, DNV, BV) rules and regulations.
• Added advantage with specific experience in WTW system (Offshore Passenger Transfer System).
• Strong understanding of mechanical principles, hydraulic and electrical system and P&ID with ability to perform trouble shooting.
• Software – able to use MS Office, MS Powerpoint, MS Project, Adobe and AUTOCAD. Ability to use Primavera scheduling software an added advantage.
• Good understanding of Document Control. Added advantage with knowledge of ISO9001:2015 QAM system

Document Controller

Salary: $2800 - $3200
Location: Pandan Road, Clementi

(We have company bus departing near Clementi MRT station)

Working days: Mondays to Fridays: 8:30am to 6pm

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to engineers in compiling reports, letters and drawings for submission
• Coordinate with engineering, client & contractors to ensure schedules are followed
• Ensure client’s requirements on the submitted documents are fulfilled in a timely manner
• Perform quality control and maintenance of the documents (electronic and hard copy documents) as per company procedure
• Scan and upload documents in the ‘Project Team’ SharePoint and ensure all documentation is discoverable and accessible
• Disseminate, monitor and track all documents
• Securely backup all documentation
• Carry out administrative duties as and when required

Requirements

• GCE O level
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel

Provides out-of-home imaging solutions and services to consumers in theme parks, attractions and special events.

Job scope:

• Achieving imaging revenue targets of store or booth
• Lead a small team and to achieve Service and revenue targets
• Manage the daily operation, supervise the team
• Display knowledge of key items and actively communicate status to manager
• Able to work outdoors and on shifts, including weekends and public holidays
