Working Hours: 3 working days per week (Preferably Mon, Tues and Thurs; open to discussion)

8.30 am to 6.00 pm (1 hour for lunch)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment (not limited to) which includes preparing job description, posting of job vacancies, reviewing resumes, coordinating, scheduling the interviews, conducting reference checks, following up with the hiring managers and notifying candidates of the interviews outcome.

2. Pre-onboarding arrangement such as pre-employment check-up.

3. Other administrative duties such as updating HR records, checking invoices, filing.

Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma in HR or Business Administration

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Human Resource
