Financial

•  Manages operations to hit performance metrics for the HR team in the country.

Interaction and People Focus

•  Works closely with the Recruitment teams and hiring managers, sharing forecasting needs and role requirements.
•  Supervises the recruitment, selection, orientation, and training of employees in the campuses.
•  Work closely with Corporate HR team on various strategic projects.
•  Works closely with the Training team, encouraging employees on various trainings and identifying training needs in the country.
•  Addresses complex employee queries relating to HR.
• Maintains networks and relationships with internal and external partners at the working level to keep abreast of the current industry climate and macroeconomic trends.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent; Preferable Postgraduate/MBA in Human Resource Management
• Experience 12-15 years of experience in HR with at least 5-7 years of HR experience handling an HRBP role within Singapore, preferably in the education industry.
• Experience in managing a team.

Requirements :

• Prior substantial working experience with the Singapore Police Force or other related law enforcement agencies;
• Knowledge in conducting investigation, surveillance and inspection;
• Must be physically fit;
• Experience in handling unruly or violent behaviour by offenders;
• Have proficient verbal and writing skills in English and a second language;
• Must be able to handle dynamic situations in the field, including but not limited to the handling of female offenders/witnesses etc.
• Working timing : 8.30 AM to 6.00 PM ( Monday to Friday )

Key Responsibilities

Plan and schedule transportation routes for individuals, groups, or cargo

Coordinate transportation activities with drivers, dispatchers, and other transportation personnel

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards

Monitor transportation logistics to ensure on-time delivery and minimize delays

Address and resolve transportation-related issues and emergencies

Maintain transportation records and documentation, including invoices and bills of lading

Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in using transportation management software and tools

Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changes in schedules or routing

Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements
