JOB DESCRIPTION

Administration

• Payroll and support to yearly performance appraisal
• General affairs, including office management to keep the working environment in proper way.
• Organize company events and create well-being of employees in work place

Training

• Support for BHS Academy - Work closer with BHS Academy from WHR (HQ) in Germany, BU heads and Head of County. Planning, conducting, and administering programs that train employees and improve their skills and knowledge
• Develop training program for employees that suit to their needs and business development
• Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers, and amend programs as necessary to adapt to changes in the work environment
• Consider the costs of planned programs and keep within budgets, assessing the return on investment of any training or development program

Labor Relations

• Coordinate with HRBP and other departments to create and sustain positive employee relations and facilitate effective communications between employees and management
• Draft proposals and rules or regulations, and ensure that human resources policies are consistent with local labor laws
• Manage employee benefits to study and ensures that the benefits offered are competitive, cost-effective, and compliant with legal requirements.
• Investigate validity of labor grievances and advise management on contracts, worker grievances, and disciplinary procedures
• Other additional duties as required by supervisor

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3-5 years working experiences with multi-national company at a similar position
• Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Labor Relations, Business, Accounting or related field required.
• Minimum 3-year experience in payroll practice and human resources or employee relations
• Thorough understanding of laws, regulations and guidelines related to HR and contract negotiation.
• Exceptional verbal and written communications abilities with conflict resolution experience
• Proficient in MS Office , Adobe Acrobat and Social Media platforms
• Detail-oriented and dedicated to meeting deadlines
• Professional training is preferred
• Aptitude in proactive problem-solving
• Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach

HR Manager Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent.
• Experience in human resources or related field.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
• Experience in educating and coaching staff.
• Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
• Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
• Ability to give presentations.
• Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.
• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
