• Ensure high and consistent standards of cleanliness of your designated area as assigned
• Clean designated areas using appropriate equipment or/and machinery with supplies as directed
• Assist the Estate Manager in pest control, such as supervising of fogging & anti termite treatment / surveillance
• Check and take measures to prevent mosquito breeding
• Assist the Estate Manager in facilities management such as reporting faults, accompany contractors for maintenance works, check /accept tasks carried out by contractors
• Assist in the management of donated goods, such as receiving, storage, stock taking, packing & distribution
• Provide logistic support for special events. Understand the requirement / overall layout / prepare the venue and clean up the site after the event
• Assist in enforcing Health & Safety procedures
• Report any Health & Safety issue to Supervisor
• To assist in kitchen operations and / or act as a relief for the kitchen crew when required
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Estate Manager or Management
