Work Scope

This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers. The position involves collaborating with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, maintaining strong relationships with candidates and external partners and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Additionally, the role includes business development responsibilities such as identifying potential clients and closing details, as well as aligning recruitment efforts with company KPIs. Job Requirement

Managing the full cycle of recruitment process of screening of resumes, conducting initial interview to assess candidate’s suitability, coordinating and scheduling of interviews between candidates and hiring managers, to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
