• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Previous experience in HR management will be an advantage.

Working hours:

• 12 - 16 hours per week
• At least 4 hours per shift within Monday to Friday, 10:00 - 19:00

Salary:

• $12 to $15 per hour (progressive with commitment period)

Location:

• 5 minute walk from Jurong East MRT

• 5 days, transport provided
• $2200 - $2400 (basic), allowances (fixed and variable)

Responsibilities:

• Receive and check goods
• Inspect goods received and ensuring they are of accurate quantity, type, quality, and acceptable condition.
• Picking, issuing to production, packaging, and labelling products before they are release to truckers.
• Use of hand-held equipment to verify outgoing shipment is accurate.
• Have knowledge on use of basic equipment’s like pallet jacks to move goods, use of tools to perform job.
• Maintain and ensure accurate inventory control database systems and records.
• Maintain and upkeep the storage of all inventory and equipment.
• Coordinate with production / sites on incoming, damage or rework goods.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, Standard Operating Processes. (SOP), Safety and Security Policy.
• Assist driver to customer’s destination to offload delivery items.

Requirements:

• Willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good interpersonal skills, able to work well in a team environment and independently, possess verbal and written communication skills.
• Equipment handing license, Forklift license will be an advantage.
• Able to use computer (basic knowledge)
