Job Description

• To perform counter sales duty and to pay prize payment, reconciliation of end-of-day summary against physical cash in order to ensure compliance with company procedure and policy.
• To provide hassle free service and a pleasant experience for customer and to attend to customers’ query in order to maintain a positive image of the company and maintain customer satisfaction level.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirement

• Minimally 1 year of experience in counter customer service
• Able to handle crowd and large prize payment
• Able to handle face-paced work environement
• Able to commit to night shift at time
• Training will be provided to use in-house system

• Process internship payment and ensure timely and accurate submission of approvals.
• Process recruitment agency invoices and prepare timely payment.
• Work with BU to ensure governance of timesheets and ensure invoices are accurate.
• Arrange for payment of the invoices timely.
• Prepare HC report monthly for reporting to People Services.
• Work with O&T Financial Control team on accruals etc as required.
• Tracking of actuals vs OP budget and highlight variances / other red flags if observed.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Human Resource with at least 1 year of relevant working experience.

• Converting research articles done before the launch of LEARN into LEARN resources, so that they can continue to benefit the HR community from an accessible source.
• Update content of e-learnings which are already hosted on LEARN
• Design interface of tHRive for better navigation to scale up our reach of readers
• Design materials (infographics, animation) for learning interventions
• Facilitate coordination work, so that team can focus on delivering the outcomes expected for early FY24
