Your new role
You need to serves as a consultant to the Divisional Director(s) and managers on HR-related issues that is aligned to the business needs and direction:

• Source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and job applications, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates for further evaluation.

• Perform exit interviews.

What you'll need to succeed

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of HR Generalist Experience.
• Previous experience as an HR recruiter or in a similar role is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Employment Act and Labour Laws
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
