About The Role
As a valued member, you will become part of a diverse, high-performing, and inclusive team that emphasizes the importance of collaboration. Your responsibilities include:
· Identify and recruit top talent for the Recruit Express Group by managing job requisitions and overseeing all recruitment activities to attract, evaluate, and hire top-tier candidates.
· Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new hires are well-integrated and prepared for success.
· Design and manage student engagement events, developing and executing our campus recruitment strategy to strengthen our employer brand recognition on campus.
· Monitor employment trends, collect comprehensive market data, and deliver strategic recruiting recommendations to hiring managers.
· Collaborate with the HR team and other departments to align recruitment efforts with the company’s overall strategy.

Requirements:
· Bachelor Degree in Business / Human Resource Management / Psychology
· Fresh Graduates looking for entry into the Human Resource Industry may apply
