Responsibilities:

• Perform general administrative duties such as filing, faxing, photocopying, dispatching of mails, ordering of stationery supplies and scheduling maintenance checks on office equipment.
• Attend to incoming calls and enquiries.
• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion in matters involving patient/ customer care.
• Assist in collecting payment
• Issue invoices and follow up Payment, weekly report of payment update
• Filing for documents
• Support Payroll for full time & Part Time Staff.
• Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and workplace organization at all times.
• Initiates and drives continuous improvements in own work area on regular basis.
• Perform any other duties as and when assigned.

Requirements:

• Preferably min 2 years of working experience (in healthcare setting or account setting)
• Familiar with the use of Microsoft office, internet and email.

Safety Officer (Reporting to: Project Manager)

Salary: $4500 to $5000

Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 44hrs a week

Location: S11 Dormitories / S97601 [Punggol MRT]

Job Summary: As the main contractor’s Safety Officer, you will report to the Project Manager and be responsible for maintaining a safe and compliant construction site. Your duties include developing and enforcing safety protocols, conducting regular inspections, facilitating training programs, and fostering a culture of safety among all personnel. You will also liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with Singapore’s Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and best practices.

• Diploma or degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or a related field.

• Valid Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) certification recognized by MOM, with additional certifications in risk management, fire safety, first aid, being advantageous.

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Safety Officer in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of WSH regulations in Singapore
