• Generate monthly eCom reports from system, analyse the sales statistics and present results in spreadsheets and graphs for South East Asia to drive conversion rate.
• Work with regional team and Marketing Manager to implement the execution of campaign on eCom platforms aligning with the overall business strategy.
• Ensure the accuracy of the campaign is followed through on staging to production environment.
• Assist in establishing key working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to disseminate communications and provide localized marketing content for distribution within South East Asia marketing.
• Ensuring all communication in the South East Asia region is aligned in terms of tone and messaging.
• Support the Brand Marketing team in trade show preparation
• Sample management – ensure timely and tracking of all sample & act as key coordinator for any internal sales preparation
• Sports Marketing – To support and liaise with brand ambassadors, influencers and KOLs in seeding and relationship management.
• Support in any daily marketing and administrative duties or reporting

• Responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process which include sourcing, facilitating interviews, reference checks, employment offer and negotiation of salary package
• Advertise positions via various platforms and execute innovative sourcing methods to identify the right candidate for the organization
• Review manpower requirements with the Hiring Manager and develop recruitment strategies to improve hiring process

• Prepare Recruitment Status reports in Excel for Management reporting
• Manage the end-to-end process of onboarding and offboarding of employees

• Maintain & updating HRIS
• Submission of vendors’ invoices to internal system
• Responsible for hotel reservation & booking of air-ticket including visa applications
• Assist in HR projects and other HR initiatives when required

Requirements:

• Mandarin speaking is a must to liaise with Chinese counterparts
• Familiar with WPOL & EPOL (has prior experience in application, renewal etc)
• Manage at least 80 headcounts in company
• Experience in recruitment for executive post
• Diploma or Degree in Business Management, HR or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Manufacturing industry
• Experience in recruitment will be a great advantage
• Passionate about recruitment and in driving employer branding
• Well-versed of local Employment Act and prevailing HR practices
• Customer service-oriented, resourceful, meticulous, organized, independent and able to work under pressure

This is an exciting opportunity for a HR professional to join a Qualified Full Bank. As a HR generalist, you will work in a team and play a key role to bring about exceptional employee life cycle experiences as well as deliver smooth payroll operations and other HR functions.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Selection

• Process all local recruitment requests in an effective and efficient manner
• Manage the various recruitment channels (e.g. job portals, educational institution, and agencies) to maintain a steady flow of quality candidates
• Able to tap on different sources and search for various government support for hiring.
• Coordinate the interview process to ensure an outstanding candidate's experience
• Maintain up-to-date recruitment progress report, talent database and all related staffing communication
• Responsible for ensuring all Resourcing related to pre-employment standards, background checks (world checks/litigation check), reference check, relevant qualifications/certifications are obtained and verified in accordance with HR policy
• Managing orientation program for employee
• Responsible for ensuring new joiners are inducted and feel welcomed on their first day of work

HRIS & OPS

• Application, renewal and cancellation of work passes
• To ensure accurate data is entered into the Human Resources Information System as required
• To monitor timely update of personnel records (personal details, position, salary, appraisal outcomes, leave records, training and awards)
• Liaise with the various government authority and external vendors for surveys as and when needed
• Monitor probation confirmation, contract renewals, work passes expiry etc.
• Maintain employees files and HR filing system/record keeping and other HR records such as training and recruitments
• Responsible for a variety of reports ranging from transactional to management reporting in nature
• Participate in projects and initiatives as and when opportunities arise

Training

• Assist in the preparation of training calendar on an annual basis
• Arrange for induction program to be conducted on a monthly/quarterly basis
• Coordinate in-house trainings
• Research for the best and cost-effective Training providers and register the nominated participants with the training vendor

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma holder in Business/HR or other fields will be considered
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience preferably in a Banking
• Prior work experience in EasyPay is preferred
• Well organized, detail oriented, very meticulous, systemmatic and able to handle multiple recruitments at one point of time
• Able to negotiate the job offer to the selected candidates and close the vacancy
• Process oriented and adaptive to any given process
• Well versed in Ms Excel (VLookup, Pivotal), Word, Powerpoint (management presentation and Outlook)
• Team player, energetic, service-oriented and able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment with multiple priorities
• Good command of written and oral English language skills
