Job Scopes:

1. Closing Full Set of Accounts​​​​​​

• Prepare journal entries, adjustments and audit schedules to support

• Expedite fabrication job for sales orders.
• Update the quality control metrics
• Update monthly job statistic
• Conduct materials verification and document for fabrication job
• Inspection and issuing of equipment service report for equipment servicing job
• Issue non-conformance report
• Documents compilation of manufacturing date record (MDR)
• Assist Sales Department in submitting fabrication quotation
• Assist to prepare fabrication drawing
• Liaise with third party

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in related field
• PC literate
• Competence in handling measuring instruments e.g. Vernier caliper, micrometer etc.
• Able to use Autocad, read and interpret technical drawing
• Able to write technical report and inspection report

• To sweep and mop floors daily.

• To empty all waste, rubbish and recyclables in the appropriate disposal area.
• Perform any other duties assigned by your superiors.
