Job Description
Support the development and implementation of an effective compensation and reward strategy which represents an appropriate return on investment to attract, retain and motivate the right talent for the business.
- Provide comprehensive support to key C&B initiatives including salary review processes, market benchmarking, total compensation review, incentives schemes, job evaluation etc.
- Proactively stay abreast with business needs and initiatives internally as well as external market trends to implement progressive changes to internal processes or recommendations.
- Support supervisor in salary/bonus reviews, data management and preparation of reporting requirements across the group. i.e. Headcount consolidation, month end reports to stakeholders (i.e. FP&A, CGI, CGS, etc.), ESG reporting, any other ad-hoc reports.
- HRMS management: Data integrity, system maintenance, stakeholder support, liaise with vendor, migration project, and other system related requirements.
- Assist in preparing analysis and presentation decks as required.
- Benefits administration across the group such as benchmarking, employee insurance renewals and analysis, business insurance policy renewals and broker relationship management
- Work as a team to initiate improvements to internal HR processes, systems, and communication.
- Support the HR Community in various areas of HR and HR SharePoint sites
- Any other ad-hoc projects
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field.
- Min. 4 - 5 years of experience in HR, handling headcount above 500.
- Added advantage if you have experience in group portfolio or compensation and benefits/total rewards
- Experienced in Microsoft Excel is mandatory (intermediate level, comfortable with formulas such as lookup, countifs, etc.), able to build dashboards and conduct analysis)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in HRMS system e.g. UNIT4, BIPO
- SharePoint skills
