Responsibilities:

• Plan and create a list of lighting requirements for photo shoots.
• Calculate and interpret technical factors, such as illumination, angles, filter factors, depth of field, and shutter settings, to achieve stunning visual effects.
• Frame and capture the perfect shots that highlight food’s texture, color, and appeal.
• Lead and guide camera crews, ensuring optimal camera angles, installation, motion, and framing.
• Select appropriate equipment, including camera technology, filters, and film or digital settings.
• Test and ensure all cameras and lighting equipment are functioning properly.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in photography or as a Director of Photography, preferably in food-related projects.
• Strong technical skills in camera operation, lighting, and setup.

• Leverage on the various recruitment channels to source and hire quality candidates to meet the manpower needs of the current
• Work with HR Shared Services on the end-to-end on/off-boarding process for new hires and resignees
• Provide HR Admin support as follows:
• Work with Uniform vendor to raise access for new hires and ensure uniform allocation is reflected correctly for the new hires
• Process the monthly allowance disbursement for students who are on a pre-service sponsorship programme
• Arrange pre-employment medical examination for interns as well as to process interns’ monthly allowance.
• Timely submission of funding claims
• Maintain and update training records for all existing employees
• Ensure vaccination records are updated in the system on a quarterly basis for audits
• Co-ordinate logistics for monthly HOD meetings and Employees’ engagement sessions

Requirements

• Min Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably in human resource.
• Min At least 1-2 years of relevant HR BP working experience. Experience in large corporations and healthcare will be an added advantage.
